MERCHANDISER

As a Merchandiser with SAS Retail Services in Retail Operations, you'll execute in-store merchandising for major retailers and CPG brands. Responsibilities include setting and maintaining product displays, implementing planograms and resets, supporting new store sets, and completing project-based work. You'll follow detailed directions, use mobile tools to report work, and collaborate with store staff in a fast-paced, team-focused, people-first environment. This hands-on role offers flexible schedules, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow into lead and supervisory positions while delivering consistent, high-quality in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail merchandising tasks including planogram implementation, resets, and new item placement for SAS Retail Services clients
• Set up, stock, and rotate products to ensure on-shelf availability and visually appealing displays
• Complete new store sets, remodels, and project-based merchandising assignments on schedule
• Conduct basic in-store audits, take photos, and report results using mobile or online tools
• Follow detailed written instructions, planograms, and store guidelines with accuracy
• Communicate and collaborate with store personnel, team leads, and supervisors to resolve issues
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Travel between assigned retail locations as scheduled, arriving reliably and on time
• Use handheld devices or apps to clock in/out, capture data, and submit work documentation
• Support training of new team members by demonstrating proper merchandising execution
