Food Service Manager

As a Food Service Manager for ARAMARK in Food & Beverage Operations, you will lead daily dining operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. You will supervise and develop staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations, and oversee budgeting and cost controls. In partnership with culinary and facilities teams, you will support new initiatives that drive innovation and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food & beverage operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency

• Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company standards
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics for the unit
