Senior Unit Controller

Aramark is seeking a Senior Unit Controller to lead financial performance for key food service operations. In this role, you will own budgeting, forecasting, period close, and financial reporting while partnering closely with unit and regional leaders. You will analyze revenue, labor, and food costs, identify variances, and recommend actions to maximize profit and efficiency. Responsibilities include developing dashboards, ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP, and supporting client financial reviews. You'll mentor junior staff, champion safety and ethics, and help drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, service-focused culture with strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and period close for assigned units
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPIs, and management reports
• Monitor revenue, labor, and food costs; investigate variances and recommend actions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models to support decisions
• Partner with unit and regional leaders to drive profitability and operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to Aramark policies, client contract terms, and GAAP standards
• Support client financial reviews and presentations with clear, data-driven insights
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial workflows and controls
• Mentor and support junior finance or accounting staff as needed
• Promote a culture of safety, ethics, teamwork, and continuous improvement
