General Manager I

Aramark is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager I to oversee the facilities and maintenance operations at one of our esteemed locations. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, high client satisfaction, and a safe environment for all stakeholders. The General Manager I will lead a diverse team, champion Aramark's values, and drive innovative solutions in maintenance and facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of facility management including maintenance, custodial, and grounds.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of all operations.
• Manage contract negotiations, compliance, and relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget; monitor expenditure, and implement cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and Aramark's operational standards.
• Promote an inclusive workplace and a culture of excellence.
• Represent Aramark and interact directly with clients, enhancing the client partnership by responding effectively to their needs.
