Environmental Services Manager

ARAMARK is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead housekeeping and environmental services within a healthcare setting. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, infection prevention programs, waste management, and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe, sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EVS operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
• Implement and monitor infection prevention and control procedures
• Supervise, train, and evaluate EVS staff; manage work schedules and assignments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, Joint Commission standards, and ARAMARK policies
• Manage department budget, labor costs, and supply inventories
• Conduct quality inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate waste management, including hazardous and medical waste disposal
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to support patient satisfaction and safety goals
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety and accountability
• Report performance metrics and operational issues to senior management
