Route Sales Associate

As a Route Sales Associate with ARAMARK in our Facility Services division, you'll manage a daily route delivering uniforms, linens, and facility service products to business customers. You'll build strong client relationships, ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and identify opportunities to grow sales within your territory. Responsibilities include loading and unloading your vehicle, maintaining inventory, safely operating a commercial or box truck, and resolving customer service issues on-site. You'll represent ARAMARK's inclusive, community-focused culture while supporting our commitment to reliable, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned route to deliver and pick up facility service products (linens, uniforms, supplies).
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and serve as their primary ARAMARK contact.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow route revenue.
• Load, unload, and organize products, maintaining accurate inventory on the truck and at customer sites.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while following all safety and DOT regulations.
• Handle basic customer service issues, resolving concerns or escalating as needed.
• Complete required documentation and use handheld devices for orders, signatures, and route updates.
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and represent ARAMARK brand standards.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support account growth and retention.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, inclusion, and community in line with ARAMARK values.
