Responsibilities

• Provide in-home installation and repair services across a variety of tech products including computers, smart home devices, and home entertainment systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues directly and effectively to minimize downtime.
• Educate customers on the use and benefits of their technology, ensuring customer satisfaction and empowerment.
• Maintain meticulous records of services rendered, customer feedback, and resolved and unresolved issues.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in tech support and home electronics.
