Lead Cook

As Lead Cook for Aramark's Trailblazer Provisions food truck, you'll oversee daily food operations, preparing high-quality, made-to-order meals in a fast-paced, mobile setting. You'll lead a small team, ensure strict food safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory, and coordinate setup, service, and breakdown for events and regular routes. Working closely with Aramark colleagues, you'll deliver friendly, efficient service that reflects our culture of safety, teamwork, and inclusion. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cooking operations on the Trailblazer Provisions food truck
• Prepare and cook menu items to Aramark quality and presentation standards
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
• Set up, operate, and break down the food truck for daily routes and events
• Train, guide, and support food truck team members during service
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize food waste
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, equipment, and service areas
• Coordinate with managers on schedules, routes, and special events
• Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and inclusive guest service
