Child Daycare Worker

As a Child Conduct Worker with Aramark in our Education, Training & E-Learning department, you help create safe, respectful learning environments for students. You will support teachers and school staff by monitoring student behavior, reinforcing school expectations, and using positive strategies to guide conduct in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and other common areas. You will document incidents, communicate with staff and families as directed, and uphold safety, inclusivity, and respect in alignment with Aramark's culture and client standards.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in maintaining a safe, structured learning environment for children.
• Monitor, redirect, and coach student behavior using positive conduct strategies.
• Assist with arrival, dismissal, transitions, and common areas such as cafeteria and playground.
• Document incidents, communicate concerns, and follow mandated reporting guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student success.
• Reinforce school rules, social skills, and conflict-resolution techniques.
• Participate in training on child development, safety, and behavior management.
• Model Aramark's values of inclusivity, respect, and service in all interactions.
