Dietary Worker

ARAMARK is seeking a dedicated Dietary Worker to support high-quality food service within our Accommodation & Food Services operations. In this role, you'll help prepare and portion meals, follow specific dietary and allergy guidelines, and maintain accurate labeling and food safety standards. You'll keep kitchen and service areas clean, sanitized, and well-stocked while operating basic kitchen equipment. Working as part of a diverse, team-oriented environment, you'll provide courteous service, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and contribute to a positive dining experience for all guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and assemble meals according to menus and standards
• Follow patient/client dietary restrictions, allergy, and nutrition guidelines
• Label, store, and rotate food items in compliance with food safety rules
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, serving, and dish areas
• Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and correctly
• Restock supplies and maintain organized work and storage areas
• Follow all health, safety, and HACCP/sanitation procedures
• Provide courteous, efficient service to guests, patients, and staff
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing food deliveries
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
