Director of Campus Dining

As Director of Campus Dining at ARAMARK, you will lead all aspects of a university dining program, delivering exceptional food quality, safety, and service. You'll manage multi-unit operations, budgets, and a diverse team, driving innovation in menus, sustainability, and customer experience. Partner closely with campus stakeholders to align offerings with student needs while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Lead daily campus dining operations to ensure high-quality food service, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage, train, and schedule dining staff, fostering a culture of service, teamwork, and inclusivity
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to meet financial targets and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with campus partners to align menus, events, and service offerings with student and client needs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all dining locations
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction through feedback and performance metrics
• Coordinate with Aramark corporate resources on programs, marketing, and brand standards
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and procurement to maintain product quality and availability
