LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

As a Catering Logistics and Fleet Coordinator at ARAMARK, you will support Food & Beverage Operations by planning routes, scheduling drivers, and coordinating fleet usage to ensure safe, on-time catering deliveries. Working closely with Transportation & Logistics and catering teams, you'll optimize delivery schedules, monitor status, and resolve service issues in real time. You will help uphold Aramark's culture of safety, service, and teamwork while maintaining accurate records, supporting preventive maintenance, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client and community experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily catering delivery routes for ARAMARK's Food & Beverage Operations.
• Dispatch drivers, monitor routes, and adjust schedules to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate fleet utilization, inspections, and basic maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and company transportation standards.
• Track orders, vehicle usage, and delivery performance using logistics systems.
• Collaborate with catering, operations, and client teams to resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, incidents, and fleet documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
