Duration : Long Term
Shift: 8am 5pm (8 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical exams and treat acute/minor condition
  • Manage chronic illnesses and develop treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests
  • Administer immunizations and preventive care
  • Provide health education and wellness counseling
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare staff
  • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate referrals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
  • Must have an active, unrestricted KY license
  • DEA Certification
  • BLS
