Schedule & Location

• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Qualifications Education

Nurse Practitioner

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure & Certifications

Nurse Practitioner

• Current Kentucky Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
• Current ANCC/AANP certification
