CDL A Delivery Truck Driver

US Foods is hiring a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely deliver foodservice products to restaurants, healthcare, and hospitality customers. In this performance-driven, customer-focused role, you'll operate late-model tractors and lift-gate trailers, load and unload cases, verify orders, and complete DOT-compliant pre- and post-trip inspections. You'll work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams, provide outstanding service at every stop, maintain accurate logs, and uphold strict safety, food-handling, and quality standards in a fast-paced distribution environment with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A delivery trucks to transport foodservice products to restaurants, healthcare, and hospitality customers on scheduled routes
• Load, unload, and verify deliveries using handheld systems, invoices, and customer orders while protecting product quality and accuracy
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, follow DOT, company, and food safety regulations, and immediately report any vehicle or safety issues
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at each stop, resolving delivery issues and representing US Foods' performance-driven culture
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and electronic records while meeting productivity, timeliness, and safety performance standards
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and routing teams to adjust to route changes, delays, and customer needs in a fast-paced environment
