ServiceNow Technical Architect

GovCIO LLC seeks a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design and lead secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions for federal defense and aerospace customers within our IT & Digital Solutions team. You will define platform architecture, integrations, and data models, ensuring compliance with government and DoD standards while enabling mission critical workflows. Partnering with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and product teams, you will guide developers, set technical standards, and drive continuous improvement. • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to developers and admins
• Produce architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation roadmaps
• Drive continuous improvement, performance optimization, and innovation on the Service
