Network Circuit Manager

GovCIO LLC is seeking a Network Circuit Manager to support Defense & Aerospace programs within our IT & Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will design, manage, and optimize secure network circuits supporting mission-critical federal systems. You'll oversee carriers, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, and ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards. Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage secure network circuits for defense and aerospace environments
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to provision, maintain, and optimize circuits
• Monitor network performance and availability, troubleshooting latency and outages
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity controls aligned with federal and Do
• D standards
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to secure data-in-transit and boundary defenses
• Maintain detailed network diagrams, inventories, and configuration documentation
• Support incident response activities related to network circuit events
• Perform capacity planning and recommend upgrades to meet mission needs
• Ensure compliance with government security and continuity requirements
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and stakeholders
