HVAC Installer Lead

Plumbline Services is seeking an HVAC Installer Lead to support our technology-driven facilities. In this role, you'll lead installation of HVAC systems that support software development labs, server rooms, and modern office spaces. You'll oversee project planning, ductwork, wiring, and equipment placement while coordinating closely with IT and facilities teams. You'll guide a small crew, ensure code compliance and safety, and perform system start-up, testing, and calibration. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation of HVAC systems for offices, labs, and tech facilities
• Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to align HVAC design with equipment needs
• Review blueprints, plan ductwork, and verify load calculations
• Supervise and mentor junior installers and subcontractors on-site
• Perform system start-up, testing, and calibration for optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve field conflicts quickly
• Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to project managers
• Document work performed and maintain accurate installation records
• Support continuous improvement of HVAC standards for high-tech environments
