Retail Sales Merchandiser

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising for major retailers and CPG brands. In this field-based role, you'll implement planograms, resets, new store sets, and continuity coverage to drive on-shelf availability and sales. Responsibilities include stocking, facing, signage, audits, and reporting using handheld devices. You'll work independently and as part of a team in a people-first culture that values training, safety, reliability, and growth into lead and supervisory opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets to company standards
• Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure on-shelf availability
• Complete audits, surveys, and reports using handheld or mobile devices
• Maintain clean, organized, and accurately signed sections and displays
• Communicate with store personnel and SAS leads on schedules and priorities
• Follow all safety, reliability, and accountability standards and policies
• Support project-based work and special initiatives for key brands and retailers
• Travel between assigned stores within the territory as scheduled
