Business Development Representative

Penguin Patch seeks a Business Development Representative to grow our holiday shop programs with elementary schools. In this retail-focused sales role, you'll prospect and qualify schools, build relationships with principals and parent groups, and present our kid-friendly holiday shop solutions. You'll manage a sales pipeline, conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth program launches. Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting schools, families, and fun, festive experiences for kids.
