Group Leader School Age

Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. seeks a Group Leader School Age to lead after-school and enrichment programs for children from homeless and at-risk families in Tampa. The Group Leader will supervise daily activities, provide homework support, and deliver structured recreation and character-building lessons in a safe, faith-based environment. This role collaborates closely with staff, volunteers, and families to foster stability, resilience, and positive youth development while modeling dignity, respect, and hope for children in crisis.
