Senior Compensation Partner

Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy for our Manufacturing and Human Resources & Talent Management teams. In this people-first, family-owned environment, you will design, analyze, and administer base pay, incentives, and recognition programs that attract and retain top talent across plants and corporate roles. Responsibilities include market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structures, pay equity analysis, and annual compensation cycles. You'll consult with HR and business leaders, provide insights to support decisions, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in our rewards programs.
