Payroll Administrator

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our people-first, manufacturing environment in Warroad, MN. In this role, you will accurately process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple shifts, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You'll manage time and attendance data, maintain payroll records, administer deductions and benefits, and prepare reconciliations and reports for Finance and HR. Collaborating closely with HR, plant leaders, and employees, you'll resolve payroll questions, support audits and year-end activities, and help improve payroll processes.
