Payroll Administrator

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. In this role, you will process biweekly payroll, maintain employee records, validate time and attendance data for multi-shift teams, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will handle payroll taxes, benefits deductions, reconciliations, and audit support, while answering employee questions with care and professionalism.
