Payroll Administrator

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our people-first, manufacturing environment. In this role, you will process accurate and timely biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple shifts and locations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You will manage time and attendance data, administer deductions and benefits, reconcile payroll accounts, and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. You'll collaborate with HR and Finance to improve processes, support audits and year-end reporting, and contribute to Marvin's culture of craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.
