Payroll Administrator

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, maintain HRIS and timekeeping data, and reconcile earnings, taxes, and deductions. You'll ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, support audits and year-end activities, and provide responsive support to employees and managers. As part of a people-first, continuous-improvement culture, you'll help enhance payroll processes and reporting that support our growing, multi-shift workforce.
