Payroll Administrator

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing environment. In this role, you will process accurate, timely multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple shifts, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws and company policies. You will manage employee records, validate time and attendance data, administer deductions and benefits, and perform regular audits and reconciliations. Partnering closely with HR and Finance, you'll provide responsive support to employees, contribute to process improvements, and help sustain Marvin's culture of integrity, safety, and continuous improvement.
