Hospital is looking to add 2 Full-time Locums Anesthesiologists to their team starting ASAP!

Ideal candidates can cover full-time but client will accept 2 weeks per month availability!

Schedule:

• Start: June 29-ongoing
• Monday to Friday ()
• Weekend coverage is needed but it's not a set schedule. Weekends are call only (1st, 2nd, and 3rd call and 1st call gets called in 75% of the time)
• No Clinic
• Night Call: 7 days per week, every 3-4 days

Weeks Needing Coverage (Monday-Friday)

• November 23 (but NOT Thanksgiving on Thursday) x 2 more
• December 21 (but NOT Christmas on Friday) x 2 more
• December 28 (but NOT New Years Day on Friday) x 2 more

Details:

• Job Responsibilities: Evaluate/monitor patient care before and during surgery.
• OB: Yes
• Peds: Yes, but mostly tonsils and adenoids
• Supervision: Some
• Group has 6 physicians and 2 CRNA
• Number of exam rooms per provider: 13 OR Rooms
• Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30-50 cases for whole department per day
• EMR: EPIC (May 2025)

Services/Procedures offered in the practice:

• General Anesthesia with OB (includes TOLAC) and healthy peds.
• No hearts or neurosurgery.
• Conscious Sedation is required.

• Board Certified - REQUIRED (Not accepting BE)
• Active IA license or IMLC (Must upload copy of LOQ at time of name clear) - REQUIRED
• ACLS - REQUIRED (can obtain during credentialing)
• Availability (must be available for 2 weeks per month ) - REQUIRED note at time of name clear
• Must be available for the weeks of November 23 & December 21 - REQUIRED note at time of name clear
• COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED
• Call - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/No Background- REQUIRED (No settled or pending cases - no exceptions)
