Account Manager

Viking Engineering and Development seeks an Account Manager to grow and support customers using our automated wood pallet and material handling systems. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of industrial and pallet manufacturing accounts, serving as their primary contact and trusted advisor. You'll learn our nailing machines, conveyors, fasteners, and integrated production solutions, then match them to customer needs, prepare proposals, and coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams for smooth delivery. You'll track pipeline, forecast sales, and visit customer sites, building long-term relationships in a stable, niche manufacturing market while contributing to tangible plant performance improvements.
