Firmware Engineer

Kohler is seeking a Staff Engineer, Electronics & Embedded Firmware to lead development of advanced electronic controls and firmware for our manufacturing-focused products. In this senior technical role, you'll own architecture, circuit design, PCB development, and embedded software for reliable, scalable solutions. You will guide requirements, oversee prototyping and validation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet performance, safety, and cost goals. You'll mentor engineers, champion best practices, and help drive Kohler's culture of craftsmanship, innovation, sustainability, and gracious living.
