School Age Childcare Positions

The YMCA is hiring School Age Childcare staff for the Quaker Valley School District for the Fall 2026 school year. In this role, you'll supervise children in before- and after-school programs, lead games, homework help, arts, and enrichment activities, and ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. You'll build supportive relationships with students and families, model the Y's core values, and help with daily setup, cleanup, and communication with school staff.
