A healthcare facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible Physician for an ongoing in-patient locum tenens assignment. This is a locums in-patient opportunity with a collaborative practice environment and excellent work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligible - Family Practice or Internal Medicine Required
  
• Active KY license - Required
  
• ACLS, BLS - Required
  
• DEA - Required
  
• Clean background/no malpractice or license issues for temps- Required
  
• The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - Required
