HVAC General Manager

Howell Chase seeks an HVAC General Manager to lead operations in our Construction-focused Executive, Management & Leadership team. Oversee residential and commercial HVAC service, installation, and maintenance for the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire. Responsibilities include P&L management, budgeting, team leadership, dispatch and scheduling oversight, quality control, safety compliance, and customer service excellence. You will drive technical standards, coach field and office staff, refine processes, and partner with ownership on strategic growth while maintaining a strong, team-oriented and customer-first culture.
