• Types of Cases: XR, CT, MR, US, NM. Subspecialty Case Mix: (40%) ER, (60%) Neuro, (5%) Nuc Med.
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified
• Neuro Fellowship required
• Certifications: DEA
• Licensure: Active West Virginia license required
