OR / Surgical Tech I

RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey's largest integrated healthcare system, is seeking an OR/Surgical Technologist I for the midshift (11 a.m.-7 p.m.). In this role, you will support surgeons and the perioperative team by preparing and organizing instruments, maintaining strict sterile technique, and assisting throughout a variety of surgical procedures. You will help set up and turn over operating rooms, ensure accurate counts and safe equipment use, and collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons.
