Surgical Technician

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Surgical Technician to support perioperative teams in delivering safe, efficient patient care. In this role, you will prepare operating rooms, arrange and maintain sterile instruments and supplies, and assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures. You will adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols, perform instrument counts, and help with patient positioning and room turnover.
