Surgical / OR Tech

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Surgical / OR Tech III to provide advanced support in a busy operating room environment. In this role, you will prepare ORs, ensure instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready, and assist surgeons and nurses throughout complex procedures while maintaining a strict sterile field. You will position and prepare patients, handle specimens accurately, and participate in equipment checks and surgical counts. As part of a collaborative and patient-centered team, you'll engage in ongoing education, support quality and safety initiatives, and help deliver compassionate, high-quality surgical care.
