Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days (fast-track available; need ASAP)

Requirements
Board Certified Radiologist
Active Michigan medical license
BLS & ACLS certifications
Local Provider only
Clean Malpractice & License history - highly preferred

Practice Setting
Hospital-based
Level I Trauma Center
Average Cases Per Day: 8
Patient Demographic: Primarily Adult (frequent geriatric)
Team Structure: 3-physician / 2-APP IR team

Procedures Required
Angioplasty
Stent placement
Embolization
Needle biopsy
Thrombolysis
UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)
Additional: Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases
