18 Degrees, a digital product and engineering studio in Northampton, MA, is hiring a Certified Teacher to translate real-world software practice into impactful learning experiences. In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging lessons on modern web and software fundamentals, using examples drawn from active client projects. You'll develop curriculum, guide hands-on coding sessions, and coach learners of varying skill levels. Working within a small, senior engineering team, you'll shape how we teach craftsmanship, UX-focused thinking, and scalable architectures while continuously refining content based on outcomes and feedback.
