• Experience: Prior pediatric anesthesia experience preferred

What You ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for 50-60 surgical cases daily in a busy hospital setting
• Supervise CRNAs in a care team model, practicing both independently and collaboratively
• Care for patients spanning neonatal to adult age groups
• Collaborate with a supportive team of RNs, techs, surgeons, and other providers
• Prepare anesthesia carts as needed (but not responsible for initial preparation)
• Maintain high standards for patient safety and quality care across all cases

What You Need:

• Active Ohio medical license and DEA registration
• Certification in BLS, PALS, and ACLS (if required)
• Minimum of 2 years pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trauma-level environment
