Commercial Relationship Manager

As a Commercial Relationship Manager at North Easton Savings Bank, you will build and manage a portfolio of biotech and pharmaceutical commercial clients, providing tailored credit, treasury, and cash management solutions. You will analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and structure lending facilities that support complex R&D and growth needs. In partnership with product and credit teams, you'll develop proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will also identify cross sell opportunities, deepen client relationships, and represent the bank at industry and community events.
