Customer Service Manager

Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer care team supporting commercial bakery clients across North America. In this role, you will oversee order management, service quality, and issue resolution for in-store bakery, foodservice, and retail customers. You will analyze service metrics, streamline processes, and collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales to ensure on-time, in-spec deliveries. The ideal candidate brings manufacturing or food industry experience, strong systems and ERP skills, and a passion for coaching teams and building long-term customer relationships.
