Charge RN II

Houston Methodist seeks a Charge RN II for our LTAC IMU, providing leadership and advanced bedside care for medically complex patients. The Charge RN coordinates daily unit operations, supervises staff, and ensures safe, high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with our mission-driven culture. Responsibilities include complex assessments, care planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, along with mentoring nurses, supporting evidence-based practice, and promoting safety, innovation, and continuous learning within a diverse, inclusive environment.
