Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

8hr shifts - 6-month contract - locum-to-perm conversion timeline at 6 months :

• Documentation System/EMR: Meditech Expanse
• CRNA be Supervised or Work Independently: Supervised
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 3-5 Main OR, 12-15 Endo
• Trauma Level/Designation: 3
• Description of OR Staff: Collaborative
• Number of Operating Rooms: 9 Main OR, 5 Endo
• Practice Setting (Pain Management Clinic/Surgical Center/Hospital Based): Main OR Endoscopy

Procedures Required:

1. General Surgical Cases ADULT, General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, IV Regional Anesthesia
2. Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90days
Submission Requirements

• Board Certified (AANA) - Required
• ACLS, BLS - Required
• Active state License in MA/ willing to obtain - Required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience (Accepting New Grads) - Highly preferred
• A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. - Required
