Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking experienced CRNAs for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Winchester, Virginia. Multiple openings are available with flexible scheduling, no call, and no weekend coverage.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Ongoing 26-week assignment with possible extension
• Monday through Friday coverage
• No call or weekends
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Alternative 10- or 12-hour schedules may be considered
  
• Two to three weeks per month may also be considered
• 1:4 anesthesia care-team model
• Anesthesiologist support available
• Temporary privileges may be available
• Epic EMR
  
  

Case Mix

• General anesthesia
• Electrophysiology
• Endoscopy
• Orthopedics
• Limited obstetrics
• No cardiac cases

CRNAs may occasionally provide coverage at affiliated surgery centers based on staffing needs.

Requirements

• Current NBCRNA certification
• At least three years of CRNA experience
• Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Recent general anesthesia experience
• Spinal and epidural proficiency preferred
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
• Virginia license is not required at the time of application
• DEA is not required

The anticipated start is August 2026 or upon completion of credentialing. Standard credentialing may take approximately 60 to 90 days, with temporary privileges potentially available in about 30 days.
