Overnight Residential Youth Counselor

Mount Prospect Academy seeks an Overnight Residential Youth Counselor to support at-risk youth in a therapeutic, educational residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising students overnight, ensuring safety, implementing behavior support plans, documenting observations, and responding calmly to crises using trauma-informed approaches. You'll collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and residential staff, complete reports, follow policies and routines, and help maintain a structured, caring environment. Training, professional development, and growth in education and behavioral health are provided.
