What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia for pediatric and adult cardiac procedures, including bypass, cath lab, EP, and imaging studies.
• Support neonatal, infant, and complex congenital heart surgeries in a solo practice model.
• Manage anesthesia for a variety of cardiac and non-cardiac cases, including mediastinal explorations and ECMO procedures.
• Document case logs from the last 12 months; participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Core Cardiac Team on program development and growth activities.
• Support daytime coverage Monday through Friday, with additional pediatric cases as they arise.

What You Need
Required:

• WA state licensure; IMLC accepted
• Valid certifications in anesthesia, with Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia experience preferred
• At least 12 months recent case logs in cardiac anesthesia; neonatal or infant cardiac surgery experience a plus
• Ability to handle solo cases in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Pediatric or Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship or equivalent subspecialty training
• Experience with neonatal and complex congenital cases
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
