Schedule:

Daily Rate for schedule shift (typically 8a-4:30p)

Requirement:

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Surgery - Required
  
• Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine Training and Experience - Required
  
• Active IL License Required
  
• Active IL DEA/CSR - Required
  
• Availability per request - Required
  
• Two references per Stratum process Required
  
• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates Highly Preferred
  

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS (AHA)
  
• BLS (AHA)
  
• Board Certified
  
• Board Eligible
  
• PALS (AHA)
