Hiring Support

Lutheran Social Services seeks a detail-oriented Hiring Support professional to assist our ICA Team within behavioral health and social services. In this role, you will coordinate applicant and client intake, manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and support smooth onboarding and service delivery. You will handle calls and referrals, update databases and EHR or case management systems, prepare reports, and communicate with staff, partners, and clients. Working in a mission-driven, faith-based environment, you'll help ensure timely, high-quality support to individuals and families in need while collaborating with a compassionate, interdisciplinary team.
