Hiring Support

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Hiring Support team member for our ICA Team to ensure smooth, compassionate client service. In this role, you'll coordinate intakes, schedule appointments, manage records, and support interdisciplinary staff serving individuals and families in need. You will handle phones, emails, and referrals, accurately enter data into electronic systems, and help track services and outcomes. Working in our mission-driven, faith-based environment, you'll collaborate with behavioral health, housing, and family service teams while growing professionally in a supportive, client-centered nonprofit setting.
